Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of CodeBeautify.dev (“the site”), operated by Softaware Commerce Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the tools

The tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the output they produce for any lawful purpose; we claim no rights over your input or the results. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or copy the site’s pages, text or design in bulk, or republish them as your own;
• interfere with the display of advertisements or generate artificial ad impressions or clicks.

Your data

All tools run in your browser and your input is not sent to our servers. You remain responsible for the data you choose to process and for complying with any obligations that apply to it. See the privacy policy for details of the limited data we do collect.

No warranty

We work hard to make the tools accurate, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Formatting and conversion can change how data is interpreted in edge cases — for example very large numbers in JSON, or rule order in CSS. Always review the output before using it in production, and keep a copy of your original input.

Validators and decoders on this site are development aids, not security controls. For example, decoding a JWT does not prove it is trustworthy, and a generated password is only as safe as the way you store it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softaware Commerce Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site or its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party content and links

The site shows advertisements served by Google and links to external websites and open-source projects. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design and original code are owned by Softaware Commerce Ltd. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain subject to their own licences. Other product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Changes
